(1) Right to cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within ten days without having to give a reason. The cancellation deadline is ten days from the day on which you or a named third party who is not the promoter took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right to cancellation, you must notify us (WTZ Roßlau gGmbH, Fax: 034901883 120, E-Mail: of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax message or an e-mail). You can use the enclosed sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. In order to adhere to the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send notification of exercising the right to cancellation before the cancellation deadline expires.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse all payments which have received from you immediately and within no more than fourteen days of the date on which we received the notification of cancellation of this agreement. In order to make this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was otherwise expressly agreed with you; you will not be charged anything for this repayment under any circumstances.

You are only responsible for any value loss of the goods if this loss of value is attributable to handling of the goods which was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality thereof.

Exclusion of cancellation right

The cancellation right does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
