WTZ Roßlau is a non-profit-making research institute in the large engine sector. Innovative research projects are implemented independently or in collaboration here.
Based on decades of experience in the research and development of high-performance engines and diesel and gas engines, a flexible team with interdisciplinary competence is available to WTZ. WTZ Roßlau collaborates with its partners on innovations for the future. It regards itself as an expert for innovative research. WTZ Roßlau has implemented a total of 130 research projects. The goals of these research projects are increased energy efficiency and improved combustion behaviour for diesel and gas engines, and also the increased use of waste heat utilisation procedures. The increased use of renewable energies is particularly providing scope for research activities. WTZ Roßlau invests in solutions for sustainable progress, and a climate-neutral environment.
