The employer initiative “Family-conscious working” was launched with the vision of being able to contribute to securing and recruiting skilled workers in the Dessau-Roßlau region by being more family-friendly.
The initiative sets the following goals:
- Share know-how on the implementation of family-conscious measures with other employers
- Exchange practical experience with one another in order to promote their own family-conscious projects
- Initiate and multiply good examples of family-conscious personnel policies
- Increase your own attractiveness as an employer
- Establish the region as a family-conscious location
In general, the initiative aims to provide stakeholders with a platform for topic-related exchange of experience and to actively encourage participation.
