The “Family-Conscious Working” employer initiative came to life with the vision of being able to make a contribution to obtaining and holding onto specialist employees in the Dessau-Roßlau region by being more family-friendly.
The initiative has the following goals:
- Sharing knowledge of how to implement family-conscious measures with other employers
- Sharing practical experience among each other, to promote family-conscious projects
- Initiating and propagating good examples of family-conscious personnel policies
- Increasing attractiveness as an employer
- Establishing the region as a family-conscious location
The initiative wants to generally provide the people who are involved with a topic-related exchange of experience and actively encourage them to participate
