Milestones achieved:
♦️ Construction of a test bench for endurance testing of methanol injection components, which can be operated fully automatically around the clock.
♦️ Development of a comprehensive security concept that ensures secure operation even in unattended mode.
♦️ First successful commissioning and fine-tuning of the system, followed by a supervised test run over 300 hours.
And what happens next?
➡️ Full automation for 24-hour operation is in full swing.
➡️ The test bench is upgraded to a supply pressure of up to 350 bar.
➡️ Methanol conditioning is optimized up to 40°C to further increase efficiency.
