Combustion process development intake manifold methanol injection for large engines

In a research and development project funded by the state of Saxony-Anhalt with the short name "Combustion process development intake manifold methanol injection for large engines", WTZ Roßlau gGmbH will design a novel combustion process. The project objective of WTZ Roßlau gGmbH is to design an engine combustion process for intake manifold methanol injection for large dual-fuel engines in maritime applications using simulation models and to validate it on a 1-cylinder research engine. This should prove the general suitability of this technology.
