TEST STANDS

A test bench with high-quality, state-of-the-art measurement technology is available for each model series and number of cylinders, on which the gas and diesel engines can be operated both with natural gas from the municipal network and with various liquid fuels. The tests on the test bench enable optimum tuning of the gas and diesel engines with different gas and fuel qualities. This eliminates the need for time-consuming customization processes for the customer.
In addition, off-engine tests of mechanical components and flow investigations are carried out on specially designed test benches. The advantage for the customer lies in the reduced development time, the rapid variation of test components and thus cost and time savings for conversions.
The WTZ Roßlau designs and builds test stand structures, including the testing and adaptation of components and assemblies.
